3-14-2026 Cruise to Tarpon Springs

We met at the Kohl's Parking lot at 9:45 am on Saturday. This was a good group. Debbie, Delia, Pablo, Arnaldo, Laura, Irene, and John were the attendees.
We had a great cruise. The comment I received after the cruise is "thanks for taking us through several neighborhoods with multi-million dollar homes". One of the houses was over 30,000 sq feet. Quite a few of them were $3-$5 million. The cruise lasted around 50 minutes.
When we arrived in Tarpon Springs we went to Mykonos restaurant. We were their first customers and the wait staff treated us great. Most of us had gyros for lunch. Arnoldo had a lamb shank. All the food was great!
After lunch, we needed to walk around to burn some calories off. We walked the shops and finally ended up at Helena's Bakery. The selection of desserts was fabulous. Everyone commented on how rich the desserts were without the sugary taste. The Greek Pastries were just incredible!
Again, after consuming more calories we needed to walk further, so we headed over to Craig's Park for the Arts and Craft Fair.
The fair was only $5 to get in. There were plenty of vendors. From paintings to a multitude of crafts, metal sculptures, etc, etc.... I thought I was going to get out of there without buying anything, but alas, Laura roped Irene into this one vendor's tent and whalla!!!! Out Irene comes with a magical I can't live without / I really like it, new purse. Thank you, Laura (sarcasm)! It really was a nice purse and believe it or not within 5 seconds of seeing Irene enter the vendor's tent, I stated she's going to buy that purse. I really can't blame Laura. Irene's cute and she really deserves it! Around 2:30 pm we left the Craft Fair and headed home.

Come on guys, let's get ready to go!

We made it, let's eat.
