On Saturday, August 24th, a group of us met at the Big Lots' parking lot at the corner of CR 54 and US 41 for a cruise to Crump's Landing in Homosassa.  We've been there before and it's a favorite of ours. A large group started gathering nearly an hour ahead of the start time.  We were anxious and ready for the great food we knew was waiting for us.  We had about 20 members and guests on this cruise including Buddy and Peggi B who joined the club during the cruise.  

 

Our cruise, through many backroads as usual, took us through some beautiful country and about 80 miles of rolling hills, canopy or near-canopy roads and fabulous countryside.  Very enjoyable for all of us.  When we arrived at Crump's we found a wide-open parking lot.  Great timing.

We all enjoyed this outing and left full and glad we came.  No doubt, we'll do this cruise again in the future.
