Betty has been a member of Sun n Fun Vettes since 2001 with husband, Frank.
She always greeted you with a  big smile and a welcome.  They participated
in every event they could, she loved going to the Children's Home at
Halloween, the picnics, and Christmas Parties.  Heck she even got up and
danced with the girls. When Betty was diagnosed with Alzheimer's about 8
years ago Frank took care of her at home for about 3 years, then when it got
too hard to handle, he had to put her in a nursing home.  This was the
hardest thing he ever had to do.  He visited her everyday and Debbie R also
kept in touch with Betty.  She had her bad days, but then she had her very
good days too.  The one very good day was on her 90th Birthday when Terry Y,
Lucretia Y, Frank and Debbie R  brought her a cake and her smile from ear to
ear was a joy to see. Her final two weeks in intensive care must have been
the worst for her, not knowing why she could not have any visitors with this
Covid-19 virus going around, nobody was allowed to visit her not even Frank.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.  RIP Josefa "Betty"
