On Saturday morning, June 15th, we met at Bob Evans restaurant near the intersection of i-75 and Fletcher Ave. in Tampa for a cruise to the Thai Haven restaurant in Winter Haven.  Twelve of us were there with six Vettes.  Most of us had been to Thai Haven with the club at least twice before and obviously, we really like it.  On this cruise were John & Frances W, Jerry & Matty M, Carl D, Peter & Yaz H, John & Irene H, Deb R, and Mike N & Theresa S.

We had beautiful weather for the cruise and the cruise was teriffic. . . . . . . . for a while.  Then, about half way through the cruise,  a traffic light got us separated and some of us were never able to join up again with the whole group.  That's ok.  We knew where we were going and we all managed to meet there.   With one exception.  Deb R.  had a vehicle breakdown about 8 blocks from the restaurant.  (If you're a non-Vette owner, you're not supposed to be reading this part.  You should KNOW Vettes don't break down !!)

So Deb missed the meal but John and Irene H and Carl D went to her rescue after gobbling down their food.  Vette owners help each other that way because we're "good guys".

Even with the "hiccups", we had a great time as we always do when we get togethere.  Thai Have is one of our "Go To" places.
