We Remember Frank Graham
Frank Graham Jr. 90 was a member of Sun n Fun Vettes since 2001. He was a one of a kind true gentleman always pleasant, loving, and caring. The love and devotion he had for Betty was amazing. The thought of seeing him at a meeting on a Monday night and within that same week he was gone is still devastating. The stories he could tell you about how he and Betty met and courted for 5 years then marrying her and having 65 more great years together. He lived a truly blessed life.
The most memorable story he told went something like this " I forgot to lock down the top because Betty wasn't with me to remind me and I started driving down the road, all was fine until I got to the causeway and the wind just came in and I heard a 'Woosh'. I looked up and the top was gone. I went
back to see if I could find it, but it was all damaged." Another time at Clearwater Beach somehow he couldn't get out of his car. The Fob stopped working and he didn't know about the emergency door release in the new vettes. So he had to climb out of his car through the convertible top by pushing it open enough to get through. Frank enjoyed all the events we had and he loved the summer picnics because he got to take home all the leftovers to keep him going for a week.
How many people do you know that can still wear their military uniforms year after year in the Veterans parade? Even at 90 Frank could still get into his and he looked very handsome and distinguished. No wonder Betty fell for a man in uniform. You will be truly missed by your Corvette Family.
Frank enjoy your eternal life with the Love of your life Betty. May you both rest in peace and SAVE THE WAVE in your heavenly Vette together.
