On Saturday, November 22nd, seven of our members participated in the Plant City Stingray Chervrolet dealership's Ultimate Corvette and Chevy Show for 2014, an event hosted by Tampa Bay Vettes.  The SnF group included Nancy & Randy R., Willie E., Bill C., Ed B., and John W and Wally Z.  About 200 cars were registered and Sun 'n Fun didn't go unnoticed.  Nancy and Randy's car got a trophy for being in the top 35.  The Skyway Corvette Club won the largest club participation trophy.  There were lots of vendors including the Corvette Museum (selling jewelry, etc). One C7 coupe was in mat green cling-wrap with WWII Flying Tigers markings.  A '57 Nomad took Best of Show trophy.   A friend of Bill's visiting the colonies from England, and a neighbor of Randy and Nancy were also there.  Weather made it a challenge.  Rain, sun, rain, sun.  Getting wet and constantly cleaning the cars was the way of the day.
