MYSTERY CRUISE TO
CONEY ISLAND DRIVE- INN
Mystery Cruise - Coney Island Drive-Inn
6-28-2015
Well our June 28th mystery cruise is one more for the books. Boy was it a doggone (Get it? Huh, get it?) success. The mystery cruisers, 13 shiny Corvettes and 3 other equally nice cars, met up at the Big Lots parking lot at 12:30 and departed at 1:00, after a great drivers meeting held by Willie..........
The route took us through the scenic back roads of Pasco County for about 38 miles. We arrived at our final destination at the Coney Island Drive Inn, hotdog haven. The food was great and the company even greater..
The menu had great hot dogs, chips, fries, onion rings, fried green tomatoes, wings and their famous foot long hamburger. It looked great and those who had one were not disappointed. The Wings were great I am told. Of course the hot dogs were superb. Willie had arranged a separate room for our group to dine and socialize. It was a great afternoon of beautiful scenery, good food, and great socializing.
And of course Debbie debuted her brand new 2015 Corvette Stingray and it is a beauty. Of course all Corvettes are!!
